After a decade in construction, first with the tools in my own hands and later running the jobs as a contractor, I kept hitting the same wall. Finding a skilled tradesperson was never the hard part. Finding one who showed up when they said, charged what was fair, and kept the work organized from start to finish? That was rare.
I started Mantain to close that gap. We bring together handymen and tradespeople who work directly with us, each one vetted before they ever set foot on your property. Behind every job is a simple promise: capable people, honest pricing, and a clear record of what's happening, from the first request to the final invoice.
Property owners shouldn't have to chase contractors or manage a rotating cast of trades. They deserve one team that treats their property like it matters. That's what we're building, and we're growing it one reliable job at a time.
