- What areas do you serve?
- We serve Montreal and surrounding areas, generally within about a 30-minute drive of central Montreal. If you're a little further out, get in touch — we're happy to discuss.
- What kind of work do you do?
- General handyman repairs, minor renovations, property maintenance, and tenant turnovers. We don't take on large renovation projects — those are assessed separately or referred to a trusted partner.
- How much does a repair cost?
- General repair service calls start at $95 (includes up to 1.5 hours of work; materials extra). Additional approved labour is $65/hour, with reduced rates for maintenance plan members.
- How soon can you come?
- We typically respond within one business day, and most jobs are scheduled within about three business days. Maintenance plan members receive priority scheduling.
- Do you offer quotes before starting?
- Yes. For most repairs, send a few photos and a description for a quote — no visit needed. Larger projects get an on-site assessment to review the scope.
- Do you handle emergencies or after-hours work?
- Not at this time. We focus on scheduled service during regular business hours.
- Do I need to be home for the work?
- Someone should be present to provide access, unless the property is vacant or access has been arranged (for example, a vacant rental unit or building/lockbox entry).
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all common payment methods, handled through our invoicing system.
- Are you licensed?
- Yes. Entretien Mantain is RBQ licensed (5871-8784-01) and bonded.
