How plans work: Included labour hours are measured monthly and cover on-site work; materials are billed separately. Scheduling targets are goals based on regular business hours and may vary with weather, parts availability, and demand — they are not guarantees. Emergencies and specialized trades (such as plumbing and electrical) fall outside included hours. Plans can be cancelled with notice. All plans are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
